1) Manual estimation
In the early days of vehicle development, people mainly inspected vehicles with their eyes, ears and hands. For highly complex mounting boards, manual inspection was neither reliable nor economical. 2) Electron optical nondestructive testing technology
Whether they are automated optical or automated x-ray, they are not as reliable as they should be, although they can help perform tasks that are difficult for humans to do visually. These technologies rely heavily on computer image processing, so any processing errors can result in calculation errors.
3) Functional testing
Functional testing is a major trend in the miniaturization of surface mount packaged devices and circuit boards. If any operating system is too small to be tested internally, only a few input and output channels interact with the external world of the operating system. At present, the testing equipment used for functional testing equipment is becoming more and more sophisticated, and standard instrument control module technology and single-chip application software development technology have been widely used.
