ABS brake function characteristics

1. The real car ABS\/EBD brake system entity is used as the carrier to show the ABS brake system structure in detail.

2. The front and rear wheels are driven by a 3-phase asynchronous motor to simulate vehicle driving. When the brake pedal is pressed, the ABS\/EBD system starts to move, the front and rear brake discs keep rotating slightly, and you can feel the brake pedal bounce continuously, which truly demonstrates the full working steps of the car ABS\/EBD.

3. The three-phase motor drives the roller shaft to rotate, simulating vehicle driving. When the brake pedal is pressed in an emergency, the ABS system starts to move, the front and rear brake discs keep rotating slightly, and you can feel the brake pedal constantly bouncing, which truly demonstrates the overall working steps of the car ABS.

4. The training table panel is painted with color UV flat-panel printed circuit diagrams and hydraulic pipeline diagrams. Trainees can visually compare the circuit diagram with the ABS brake system entity, and understand and analyze the working principle of the automatic control system.

5. The ABS brake panel is equipped with a test terminal, which can directly test the electrical signals of each sensor and control module pin on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc.

6. The training platform is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can synchronize the hydraulic changes of the master brake cylinder and the four brake cylinders in real time.

7. The training platform panel is equipped with a fault warning light and a test socket, which can be connected to a special or universal vehicle decoder to perform ECU anti-counterfeiting query on the ABS\/EBD electronic control system, read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams, perform component testing, set parameters, and perform waveform analysis and other self-test functions.

8. Equipment panel cabinet: 1.5mm cold plate stamping, with maintenance door on the back; the bottom bracket is welded steel structure, the surface is treated with coating process, equipped with locking casters, easy to move, reliable and durable.

9. The ABS brake station is connected to the test station through aviation plug.
