1 Overview

GYCG(S)-Q4(502) series comprehensive drum test bench is the invention patent of Yantai Guangyu Company.

The comprehensive drum test bench is used for dynamic driving test, gear detection, acceleration performance, body stability, real working slip rate, ABS\/ESC test, etc. for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles with axle weight below 2000kg when they roll off the production line in the factory.

The test bench consists of the overall steel structure of the equipment, calibration device, roller system (fixed roller group, mobile roller group), roller group spacing (wheelbase) adjustment system, lateral guide device, motor drive control system, signal acquisition, data processing, vehicle test communication device, PLC control system and display part.

The front of the front roller group and the rear of the rear roller group are equipped with safety roller protection devices to prevent the vehicle from rushing out of the test bench during testing. In order to facilitate the vehicle to enter and exit the test bench, a pneumatic lifter is installed in the middle of each pair of rollers.

The roller group moving device is a servo motor, and the wheelbase moving range is 2300mm-3100mm (the moving range can be adjusted according to user needs). It is suitable for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive and other models with a wheelbase of 1450-1900 mm. The 4 wheels can be controlled and operated independently, and can also be operated synchronously by split axles.

The drum test bench uses electric inertia to simulate the kinetic energy of the vehicle on the road, and can withstand the load of the vehicle at maximum acceleration and deceleration. The drum is well dynamically balanced.
