At present, people have been able to conduct safe, convenient and accurate inspections of automobiles through various advanced equipment.
2) Optical detection technology
Whether they are automated optical or automated X-ray, they are not as reliable as they should be, although they can help perform tasks that are difficult for human vision to accomplish. These technologies rely heavily on computer image processing, so improper processing can lead to calculation errors.
3) Functional testing
Functional testing is the current main trend of surface mount packaged devices and circuit board miniaturization. Once any system is too small to be detected internally, only a few input and output channels interact with the external world of the system. At present, the international standards for functional test instruments are becoming more and more mature, and standard instrument module technology and virtual instrument software technology have been widely used. It increases the versatility and flexibility of functional test instruments and helps to reduce costs.
