Overview of Non-Contact 4-Wheel Alignment
- 2019-08-23-

The non-contact 4-wheel alignment instrument is a special device used to measure and adjust the wheel alignment of assembled vehicles. The 4-wheel alignment of the vehicle is measured and determined by the aligner to ensure that the wheel alignment meets the design parameters and requirements.
The non-contact 4-wheel aligner adopts dynamic laser illumination matrix reconstruction 3D target technology and single-side 32 (64) line laser irradiation imaging processing technology, and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, small repeatability error and stable operation.
The new type of roller test device floating mold has the characteristics of low friction, smooth sliding, high sensitivity, etc., which is conducive to improving the repeatability of test data.
The 4-wheel aligner is equipped with a wireless steering wheel level. When the steering wheel returns to the zero position, the angle can be measured and fed back to the toe value adjustment. In addition, in the dynamic measurement mode, the vehicle tire deviation is directly reflected in the steering wheel horizontal deviation. Therefore, by adjusting the toe, the vehicle's wheel alignment can be adjusted to ensure the vehicle's straightness.
