3D Laser 4 Wheel Alignment Test Principle

Install the 4 target reflectors of the 3D laser 4-wheel alignment instrument on the 4 wheel rims of the car, turn the tire over, and use the camera to continuously shoot the graphics on the target reflectors. The computer analyzes and calculates the changes in the graphics to obtain the corresponding positioning parameters of the tire and chassis, and then displays them on the display.

This method usually uses the principles of physical geometry and computer information processing technology.

1. Higher accuracy and better efficacy

Its accuracy can be as precise as 0.1mm\/0.01 degree;

In addition to measuring all traditional parameters, it can also measure wheel deviation, wheel offset and other distance parameters, truly achieving many functions that CCD and laser locators cannot achieve, such as single wheel positioning, front wheel toe lock detection, air suspension vehicle positioning, etc.

2. 3D laser 4-wheel alignment is easier to operate

The detection will not be affected by the flatness of the service platform, and the accuracy will not be greatly affected by the tilt of the vehicle body;

Just push the vehicle forward or turn the tire over to complete any key parameter detection;

No need to calibrate regularly, can be moved and applied at will.

3. Equipment failure rate is very low

The purpose reflector has no electronic components, no batteries, no data transmission, and only serves to reflect the image;

The main support frame is a bracket, and the load-bearing beams are mostly cast, which has strong corrosion resistance and pressure resistance;

3D laser 4 wheel alignment computers are mostly equipped with brand names to meet the requirements of ultra-large data processing methods and have more stable performance.
