1. Static test method

  Dynamic 4 wheel alignerThe static analytical data professional measurement method requires that the tire's exact positioning system be flattened and measured from a geometric angle using a special testing device based on the direct or intermittent geometric data relationship between the tire's rotation plane and the exact positioning of each tire under the premise of the car standing still. The main testing instruments used generally include bubble translation type, electronic optical type, laser type, electronic type and microcomputer type front tire detectors or wheel alignment instruments. Front tire detectors and wheel alignment instruments can be called tire detectors.

2. Dynamic test method

The dynamic detection method of the dynamic 4-wheel alignment instrument is to detect the lateral force caused by the positioning of the vehicle at a corresponding speed, or the side slip caused by the positioning of the vehicle. In order to better determine whether the front wheel toe and front wheel camber angle are appropriate, the dynamic detection method can be used to detect the front wheel side slip. The detection instruments used are two types: pad side slip test bench and manual vehicle precision market positioning test bench.

At present, in my country, all double-slider test benches are usually used for dynamic tests. The dynamic 4-wheel alignment instrument uses a double seesaw to accurately measure the two sides to verify the side slip of the front tire and determine whether the conditions are met. If the rear tire includes the camber angle and the front tire, we can also use the side slip test bench to determine whether the camber angle of the rear tire matches the camber angle of the rear tire.
