Safe use and precautions

1. Please read the entire manual before using this test bench;

2. Vehicles with a mass greater than the axle load are not allowed to enter or pass through the inspection station;

3. The mechanical and electrical parts must not be exposed to water or moisture, and must be kept dry and clean at all times;

4. Cars and people are not allowed to enter or pass through the middle cover of the host and the two side base covers;

5. The tire pressure of the inspected vehicle should meet the national standard value, and the metal, stone or mud and sand mixed in the tire should be removed in advance to extend the service life of the inspection table roller;

6. The vehicle to be inspected should be empty, and no one other person may be loaded except the driver;

7. The driver should operate carefully to avoid damage to the car or the inspection platform;

8. Warning: When the test bench is working, it is strictly forbidden to raise the lifting system, and it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the main machine to prevent danger;

9. The host and instrument should be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than or equal to 8Ω;

10. After each shift, please be sure to cut off all power supplies, cover the instruments, and clean the inspection table.

■If the user does not follow the relevant instructions, the consequences will be at his own risk!

Electric shock hazard

In order to prevent the risk of electric shock, the host and the instrument should be properly connected to the ground wire during use, but the ground wire should not be connected to dangerous places such as gas pipelines.

Lightning Danger

In order to prevent the danger of lightning strikes, the inspection workshop using this system should have a lightning protection device.

Common troubleshooting methods and daily maintenance

Mechanical failure

1. Each sensor must be installed properly, otherwise the measured value will be inaccurate.

2. Poor braking may be caused by air leakage in the air circuit or insufficient air pressure. Check the air circuit and replace air circuit parts if necessary.

3. If the roller slips, please check the wear of the brake belt and replace it if necessary.

Daily maintenance

1. Check the air system for leaks regularly, clean the surface of the roller, keep it dry and prevent scratches;

2. Check once a month whether the main components of the lifting system are working properly;

3. Clean the coupling once every quarter and apply proper grease;

4. Fill the main and auxiliary roller bearing seats with calcium-based lubricating oil (butter) or lithium-based lubricating oil once a year;

Check each fastener every six months for looseness. If there is any abnormality, be sure to eliminate it.
