① Before doing a 4-wheel alignment, it is very important to understand the symptoms of the customer's car while driving. By carefully consulting the customer's feedback and carefully observing the characteristics of brake disc wear, it is usually possible to roughly determine whether the car's symptoms are caused by 4-wheel misalignment. When the customer cannot accurately describe the common fault of the car, professional technicians need to personally test it to identify the common fault.

② Adjust the corner plate and rear double rocker, adjust the lift width according to the wheelbase and track of the vehicle being tested, and lock the corner plate and rear double rocker with the locking rod.

③ Drive the car onto a 4-post raised positioning platform, with the front tires parked on the corner plate and the rear tires parked on the rear double rocker of the positioning platform. The wheels should be located in the middle of the rear double rocker and the parking brake should be tightened.

④ Check the wheel rim and tire size. Each tire size should be the same; check the tread thickness and tire pressure; check the clearance between the transfer device and the axle, the condition of the spring device and the shock absorber; accurately measure whether the two sides of the body are the same.

⑤ Release the brake pedal and press down the front and rear sides of the vehicle to return the spring-loaded shock absorber to the middle position.

⑥ Use a secondary lift to lift the car and check whether the ball cages of the horizontal and vertical support rods are loose; check whether the upper and lower swing arm buffer blocks are cracked or loose; move the tires to check whether the rolling bearings are loose; check whether the brake system pipes are leaking oil, the degree of damage to the brake pads, etc.

After the above inspection items are completed, you can install the brake lock, lock the brake pedal, install the pipe buckle and sensor on all wheels, and adjust with a level bubble. Connect the power of the wheel alignment instrument and enter the position of the four sensors. Unplug the lock rod that locks the corner plate and rear double rocker, and you can complete the wheel alignment.

⑦ Turn on the computer, enter the main menu, select start new positioning test\/sequential positioning test\/pre-test preparation\/pre-adjustment test\/positioning adjustment\/post-adjustment test\/copy\/end, etc., and perform operations according to the screen prompts during the test. Although different wheel alignments are different in operation, the overall test process is exactly the same. As long as you master one or several of them, you can learn by analogy and perform 3D laser wheel alignment tests skillfully.
