The workflow of the vehicle off-line comprehensive diagnostic equipment:

First stage: gap and flushness inspection

Check whether there are gaps (gap size between parts) or face differences (difference in height or depth between two parts on the same horizontal plane) in the geometric dimensions of the vehicle.

Level 2 Static Function Check

Mainly check whether the functional status of vehicle functional parts, electrical parts, used parts and interior parts meet the requirements. For example, whether the liquid level in the engine compartment meets the requirements; whether the gear position, wiper, horn, seat and other functions meet the requirements.

Level 3 Lighting Adjustment

Use the light tester on the light adjustment test bench to test the light intensity, optical axis angle, horizontal and vertical offset values of the left and right low beams.

Level 4 Toe Adjustment

The toe adjustment test bench is used to dynamically monitor and adjust the vehicle's front wheel toe, wheel camber angle, and rear wheel toe to ensure that the vehicle does not deviate.

Stage 5: Hub Inspection

Test the functional compliance of ABS and ESP; conduct low-speed tests to check engine acceleration performance and gearbox gear position; conduct comprehensive safety performance tests such as 4-wheel braking force and handbrake braking force to ensure that the performance indicators of each vehicle meet the design requirements 100%.

Level 6 Side Slip Test

The vehicle drives through the free and active side-slip test bench at a speed of less than 5 km\/h to check whether the tire offset of the front and rear wheels meets the relevant national standards.

Level 7 Runway Test

Professional road testers drive the vehicle on a specific test track to conduct various simulated road tests such as bumpy roads, bumpy roads, small stone roads, and 180-degree extreme curves.

Level 8 Emissions Testing

Check whether the exhaust emissions meet national regulatory standards when the engine is working.

Level 9 Chassis Inspection

Check and confirm the chassis part item by item in the trench or on the lift. For example: whether there are abnormal noises from the engine, gearbox, air conditioner and other components in the hot state; whether the fuel tank, brake pipeline, ABS sensor harness are assembled intact, so as to ensure the safe driving performance of each vehicle.

Level 10: Rain tightness inspection

After closing the doors and windows of the vehicle, drive it into the rain shower room and test the sealing performance of the vehicle through 3.5 minutes of rain showering in different directions (rainfall of 35 mm\/minute, equivalent to the rainfall of a heavy rainstorm). After that, blow dry with dry air at 30 seconds\/meter to ensure that the four doors, the trunk lid and the front and rear windshields are well sealed.

Stage 11: Appearance Inspection

First, the inspector will check each vehicle that has undergone the rain test one by one to confirm whether there is water leakage at the doors, trunks and other openings, and whether there are water marks on the interior parts. After that, the vehicle's appearance quality will be checked in a particularly bright area to check whether the body appearance is deformed, scratched, or paint peeled, and whether the interior parts are firmly and reliably assembled, and whether there are any missing, wrong, or poorly assembled parts. Vehicles equipped with Bluetooth will also be tested for receiving functions.

Level 12 Electrical Inspection

Inspectors use advanced portable testing equipment (COLISE) and current measuring equipment (CONTEV) to test the computer system programs and electrical function working current of each vehicle. The inspection items for a single vehicle can reach up to 80 items, which can intercept the vehicle computer, electrical function switches, function item failures and wrong or missing installation phenomena, and print out the fault items one by one so that the repair personnel can quickly identify and facilitate repair.

Stage 13 Commercialization Testing

All vehicles off the production line will be re-inspected 100% of their appearance, including defects such as paint, sheet metal, gap and surface difference. At the same time, the accompanying files of each vehicle will be checked to see if they are complete. Vehicles that have passed the commercial inspection will be affixed with the "3C" compulsory certification mark and vehicle "certificate of conformity".
