High-speed ABS brake test bench hardware configuration:

(1) Car accessories: configure brand new car parts, including electronic control unit, hydraulic control unit, wheel speed sensor, brake pedal, brake master cylinder, vacuum booster tank, brake disc, brake caliper, brake line, diagnostic interface, etc.

(2) General equipment: removable high temperature painted engine bracket; fault control panel; test panel; bidirectional signal test port with circuit diagram;

By setting the key on the teaching board panel, the switch can realize 3 functions:

(1) Normal use function: students can operate on the panel and achieve the same functions as the original car parts; they can also test various signal parameters such as voltage, current, resistance, etc. through the pin holes on the panel;

(2) External wiring function: When the external wiring switch is in the light-on position, students can connect the various components through the pin holes set on the panel and refer to the circuit diagram to achieve normal working effect;

(3) Fault setting and troubleshooting function: Under the premise of normal use, the intelligent switch in the fault setting box can be set to disconnect, and the light is off as a passage to achieve circuit breaking.
