When the statistics suggested in your car manual are different fromThrough-type 4-wheel alignerThe statistics on the computer are the same, that is, universal. Generally speaking, a 4-wheel alignment is necessary in the following situations.
1. After replacing a tire or after a collision accident;
2. One side of the front, rear, left, or right tires are worn out;
3. The steering wheel is too heavy or the suspension is shaking during safe driving;
4. The car deviates to the left or right when driving straight;
5. Although there is no right or wrong situation, for the purpose of maintenance, it is recommended that new cars be driven for three months, and then every six months or every 10,000 kilometers.
The wheel alignment instrument is a delicate electronic measuring instrument, which requires careful maintenance when in use; in addition, in order to provide customers with faster, more accurate and better wheel alignment services, the operator should be familiar with the various application functions of the wheel alignment instrument as much as possible to ensure effective use.
1. Routine maintenance
The key to the routine maintenance of the through-type 4-wheel alignment instrument is to ensure that the measuring power generator part of the controller is anti-fouling, sun-proof and waterproof. Do not apply any liquid cleaning agent or polish on the surface or hole axis of the controller; when using it, be sure to handle it with care and do not cause strong vibration to the instrument to avoid damage to the instrument and affect the measurement accuracy.
2. Use a stable power supply
The rated current of the APL through-type 4-wheel alignment power supply is 220V. In the case of an unstable external power supply, a power stabilizer should be used.
3. Charge the sensor properly
After each 4-wheel alignment test, the sensor must be securely hung on the server cabinet to ensure that the charging base and the sensor charging pole are in good contact and charged. If the 4-wheel alignment instrument is not used frequently, the sensor must be charged every few days (usually 2 to 3 days). Frequent charging can ensure the normal service life of the sensor battery.
