1. Static test method

  Large vehicle 4 wheel alignment instrumentThe static processing technology detection method is to use special testing instruments to carry out geometric measurement of the wheel alignment system based on the direct or intermittent geometric data relationship between the wheel rotation and the correct positioning of each wheel under the premise of the vehicle being stationary. The main testing instruments used are generally bubble translation type, electronic optical type, laser type, electronic type and microcomputer type tire detectors or wheel alignment instruments. Tire detectors and wheel alignment instruments can be called wheel detectors.

2. Dynamic test method

The dynamic detection method of the four-wheel alignment instrument for large vehicles is to monitor the lateral force caused by the positioning of the vehicle at a corresponding speed, or the anti-measurement caused by the vehicle positioning. In order to better determine whether the front wheel toe and the front tire camber angle are appropriate, the dynamic detection method can be used to conduct a good inspection of the front tire anti-measurement. The detection instruments used are two types: the pallet anti-measurement test bench and the hand-pull vehicle precision market positioning test bench.

At present, almost all double-slide test benches in my country are used for dynamic testing. The large vehicle wheel alignment instrument is a type of test instrument that uses the accurate measurement of the left and right movement of the double seesaw to test the front tire anti-tightening and determine whether it meets the standards. If the rear tire contains the camber angle and the front tire, we can also use the anti-tightening test bench to determine whether the camber angle of the rear tire matches the camber angle of the rear tire.
